FTP Messenger

FTP Messenger enables secured and automated dictation transfer from the digital recorder or any removable device to FTP server. No manual intervention of the physician or his staff member is needed to transfer the voice files or documents.

FTP Messenger transfers transcripts or documents from the FTP server to the physician local computer. This works with a schedule and continuously checks the FTP server for new documents and when the new documents are found, it downloads them to the physician PC

While uploading the voice files to the server, the software can rename them according to your settings. You can rename by adding physician id, name, serial number, date and so on.

Complete Audit trail is maintained by the software. The time when the voice file is uploaded to server, time when the document was downloaded it, administrator or user name who uploaded or downloaded the files etc.

Physician or his secretary can send an email to the transcription company with the STAT file details. He can provide the Patient First Name and Last Name of the all the stat files and send an email. When these stat transcripts are downloaded, the software gives a message to the physician that the stat files are received.

Downloaded transcripts can be emailed to other physicians or staff members. Transcripts can be printed as well.

All kinds of management reports like the files downloaded, uploaded, time stamp of the transfers etc can be generated
