TM automates the transcription process where as Webscribe provides the physician or clinic with a web-platform to manage the dictations and transcripts.

Webscribe provides physicians complete status of dictations or transcripts. Webscribe captures the Voice files or dictations through physician recorder, or physician PC or your existing toll-free lines. Physician can access patient medical records anywhere - while in the clinic, hospital, at home, or while traveling. You can even manage your reports, including edits, notations via Webscribe platform. You can set permissions like editing, printing, fax or email transcripts for your staff members. Transcripts can be locked to avoid editing or opening them.

The administrator can view the status of the files of all physicians. He can create the Physicians and Staff accounts and can edit or delete as well, also keep track of all dictations or transcripts. He can also view the line count reports.

The physicians can upload the voice files from their local machines by logging into the application any time. They can view the status of each file anytime. Physicians can Edit, Print, Email or Fax the transcripts anywhere from his account. Files can also be locked to avoid changes by anyone.
