This model is popular with many clients. The arrangement is simply like a team of people working for you outside your office. You can choose the team members from our existing resources.

Once you have the team in place, they will be reporting to you directly. You can instruct them and manage the project by yourself. The best benefit that you are getting is that you do not have to worry about the infrastructure as they will work for you from our office.

Time and Material

In this model the customer is charged for the actual number of hours that Core Software takes to build the application. This model is normally followed when the clarity on the specifications is low or the specifications are expected to evolve over the period of the engagement.
