Engagement Models
We offer different types of contracts. We are quite flexible and ready to consider your suggestions. The following are the most common options:
Fixed Price
The project is taken up at a fixed price or at fixed person-hours time effort at a pre-fixed hourly rate. This is done on the basis of the complete design and specifications sent by the client. Fixed Price model is suited for projects where the scope, schedules requirements and deliverables are clearly defined before the initiation of the project. Benefits of this model are:
- Operate within a specified budget
- Get clear visibility on timelines and milestones
- Core Software is responsible for the project deliverable, reducing your risk
- Guidance for any modifications
Dedicated IT Team (FTE Arrangement)
Among our development models, we have the concept of Dedicated IT teams or a Virtual Office setup, wherein clients can use our resources (office space and other facilities) at our development center. This model is popular with many clients. The arrangement is simply like a team of people working for you outside your office. You can choose the team members from our existing resources.
Once you have the team in place, they will be reporting to you directly. You can instruct them and manage the project by yourself. The best benefit that you are getting is that you do not have to worry about the infrastructure as they will work for you from our office.
These resources are available on competitive monthly rate basis. Hiring an offshore resource saves overhead costs and gives a time difference advantage. We can provide you with a single or team of full time equivalent employees for your specific requirements. Get higher value for your money with Core Software's low-risk outsourcing services. Benefits of this model are:
You have a complete control on your project
Cost Savings – Up to 40%
Budget predictability
High flexibility in resources management
No maintenance costs
Choose from the team of expert professionals
Extend team without worrying about any overheads
Time and Material
In this model the customer is charged for the actual number of hours that Core Software takes to build the application. This model is normally followed when the clarity on the specifications is low or the specifications are expected to evolve over the period of the engagement. Clients have desired flexibility to manage team sizes and costs as the project progresses in phases. Benefits of this model are:
Flexibility to manage costs (increase or decrease team size) as the project progresses in phases
Adapt to evolving requirements
Visibility and control over the development process
