FTP Messenger is a doctor/physician end software ,enables secured and automated audio file transfer from the physician’s digital recorder/computer to the Remote FTP server. It also transfers the transcripts from the remote FTP server to the physician’s computer.

After dictating the files through a recorder, physician hooks the recorder to the PC, FTP Messenger transfers all the voice files from the dictaphone to the remote FTP and prompts the physician to unplug the recorder.

Once the transcriptionist uploads the document to remote FTP, FTP Messenger downloads those transcripts to the physician’s computer as per the schedule given.

All the ONE TIME settings for the software can be given by the transcription company over the web

FTP Messenger has encryption/decryption facility. With an encryption key, all the voice files can be 128 bit encrypted while transferring them to remote server. Same key should be supplied to decrypt the voice files.

FTP Messenger support SFTP over SSH2 protocol as well.

It also takes a backup of voice files from the recorder into the physician computer while transferring them to remote server

Minimum System requirement to run this software is

Windows2000 with service pack4 or above
Donetfx 2.0 should be installed
MS word 2000 or above version fully installed.

FTP Messenger tracks all the activities and reports in the audit trail section.
Date and time of the voice files sent, transcript received, when and by whom it was edited, printed, emailed or viewed will be generated in the audit trail
