QUALITY REPORTS
- Overall statistics report gives the lines Audited, Average Accuracy with a graphical representation
- Correction report generates the number of errors made by user/staff category wise
- Document details generates the details of corrections made with file name, errors made by MT/AQA’s and corrections made by QA’s with comments
- Audit comparison report generates a graph of average accuracy on daily basis
- Compare Documents are Instantly generated and are posted to the staff members for review
MANAGEMENT REPORTS
- Billing Report generates the line counts and revenue based on the criteria monthly/daily/practice wise/doctor wise.
- Volume overview report shows the difference between the Total capacities (sum of capacities of all the staff present) of the company in a particular month or day and actual transcribed volume. It shows if we have under worked or over worked
- Bad files log generates the number of files marked bad for a transcriptionist by the QA
- Practice info gives the time taken by the staff at every level to complete a file.
- Staff info gives the detailed information of the time taken by each staff to complete the work assigned to them.
- Distribution Summary generates number of minutes and number of files assigned on a particular day for each staff member
STAFF REPORTS
- Volume Overview report generates the total capacity of a particular staff in a month or day and the actual transcribed volume.
- Account wise staff report generates Practice/Account wise line counts of MT’s, AQA’s And QA’s.
- Time stamp gives the login and logout time of the staff, break time, idle time and Actual time worked by the staff.
- Attendance log generates the login and log out time of the staff.
FILE ROUTING
- Multi threaded FTP scheduler for Auto uploads and downloads. Supports SFTP over SSH2 protocol
- Dictations are automatically routed to staff members as per the given settings.
- Dictations are routed to HBT's or Branch office and collects the transcripts back from them and adds them to TM administrator screen
- Facility to update templates for HBT’s/External client and Branch office
